I just saw a Citation at it's tail at the webcam of Salzburg, does anyone know the serial of this Citation and the cause of the incident?

If found this foto in a local newspaper:

I would identify this Citation as OE-GCM, but I can't find any photo of OE-GCM anywhere in the internet.

Maybe somebody else is more lucky than I ...
